Meditation for Relaxation & Spiritual Awareness

Meditation as a means of relaxation and to help you tap into your own inner wisdom and intuition.
Classes are small and friendly and each meditation is done sitting on a chair (so no need to know about awkward yoga postures!). These classes are designed so that those new to meditation and those more experiencd will still benefit. The idea is that once we are able to relax into a state of peace and calmness our inner intuition and wisdom then has a chance to come to the fore.
