Taster Evening.

The Therapies available at our Complementary Taster evening on September 16th are:

Angelic Reiki or Reiki with Sushannah, Reflexology with Cath, Zimbate Aura Technique with Julie . Also Tarot readings with Debbie Anne.

Booking is essential as these evenings are very popular.

Is There Anybody There?

A Talking Group with Sandra.       Monday September 6th.

Are you curious about any strange aspects and incidences in your life?

Sandra invites you to come along to her Talking Group to discuss and explore any mysterious or unsolved experiences you may have encountered.  Perhaps the family ghost story, a strange encounter, a scattering of feathers, maybe a series of coincidences ornumbers

This interest group runs from 7.00pm- 9.00pm and costs £5.

Laugh For no Reason

Are you willing to laugh your cares away? 

As we laugh and relax our stress levels are reduced, endorphins are released, we take in extra oxygen and our stomach muscles are given a satisfying workout.

Linda Innes invites you to join her Circle of Happiness and be prepared to giggle. 

Workshop date: Saturday September 11th from 11.00am - 1.00pm

Places on this workshop cost £10 per person.
