Facilitator: Cath Hanlon an experienced highly qualified yoga teacher in the Sivananda yoga tradition. Time: 6.00pm – 7.15pm Tuesday evenings
Monday Yoga Class - 7.45-9pm
Cost: £7 per session, or six classes for £39.
Yoga is an ancient practise which makes use of gentle movements and exercise, the breath, and stretching to harmonise your mind, body and spirit and engender a sense of wellbeing, vitality and calm.
Yoga practise can help you become familiar with your body postures and patterns of movement.
Yoga works on every aspect of your physical body, helping to improve your strength, stamina, flexibility and muscle tone, as well as developing your mental capabilities through concentration, focus and self-awareness.
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes and bring a blanket and extra clothing for the relaxation stage of the class. Yoga mats are available for your initial classes.
