PEG LOOM WEAVING WORKSHOP

with Mair Forder

Saturday May 26^th 2 -4 p.m.

Join us for this friendly beginners’ workshop and learn how to make beautiful small mats and coasters on the simplest of looms.

All equipment and materials are supplied, but if you have fabric or thick wool in your preferred colours, feel free to bring them along. Fabric (cotton, linen, old T-shirts, etc) needs to be cut or torn into strips about 1.5 cm wide and at least 1 metre long before the workshop.

You will have time to complete one medium mat and or two small ones.

The cost for the workshop is £12 per person and includes drinks and homemade biscuits. You can book through the Wellbeing Centre or contact Mair at pegloom@hotmail.co.uk

THE HEALING CODES WITH JUDITH ALLISON

Saturday 9th June 2012  10am-4pm (approx finishing time)

Investment- £50 including manual. Booking and deposit of £10 by 25th May 2012

The Healing Codes are a simple and powerful self healing system that was discovered in 2001 by Alex Loyd PHD.

A practical workshop led by Judith Allison Hypnotherapist explaining the principals behind the Healing Codes. Judith will also demonstrate how you can use them to enable yourself to help heal many different illnesses, negative beliefs & conditions.

It is complementary to all other healing modalities and no previous experience is needed.
